1. Twins Unveil New Jerseys and Logos

I have been looking forward to this. The Twins have unveiled their jerseys and logos for the the 2010 season.

The home jersey stayed virtually the same. The only change is the slight change to the script that was originally found on top of the video board at Target Field. The home hat stays the same. It is still the navy blue hat with the “TC” logo.

The alternate jersey that will be worn on the home opener and every Saturday are the jerseys worn by the 1961 club.

The completely new road jerseys come with the script that could be found on the players jackets from 1961 to 1986. They are grey and no longer have pinstripes. These come with Louie’s approval.

The road jerseys will be worn with a navy blue hat with the “TC” logo. This navy blue hat will have a red bill.

The Twins unveiled 3 new logos. They have a new primary logo, an inaugural Target Field logo, and a 50 seasons logo.

  2. New Jerseys Scheduled to Come Monday

[EDIT] I just recieved this email from the Twins.

“You’re invited to join the Twins at the IDS Crystal Court on Monday, November 16 at Noon to witness the unveiling of new uniforms and logos to be used throughout the Inaugural Season at Target Field.

Players Scott Baker and Denard Span will model new uniforms to be worn by Twins players on the Home Opener at Target Field and at all Saturday home games as well as a new road uniform. New team marks will also be shown for the first time. The Twins Inaugural Season collection will be available on twinsbaseball.com and Twins Pro Shops starting Monday, November 16.”

According to Joe Christensen of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Twins are set to unveil their new road jerseys and the small changes to the home jersey. This will happen Monday at the IDS Crystal Court.
